What Does the BGS Provide for the Event?

  • Guitars — and lots of them!
    Approximately 50 unique, world-class instruments per tour, each hand-selected for its craftsmanship, tone, and artistry.

  • Guitar Stands
    We supply all the stands required to display the guitars beautifully and securely.

  • Branding
    Pop-up banners and a digital display featuring Boutique Guitar Showcase tour branding.

  • On-Site Event Support
    BGS staff will be present during the event to assist your team in engaging customers and maximizing sales.

  • Staff Training
    Optional pre-event training with our Curator, Jamie Gale — a retained advisor for NAMM, invited speaker at Harvard University, the Venice Biennale of Architecture, and guitar-making schools around the world. His expertise is available to help prepare and inspire your team.

    We’ll create stunning promotional photos to showcase the event — posted on our social channels and shared by our sponsors and partners to get customers talking before they even walk in your door.

  • Buzz-Building Marketing
    Your event will be promoted in partnership with our sponsors across multiple social media platforms. Plus, D’Addario will run geo-targeted ads to bring the right people straight to your store on event day.

  • Sales Tools at Your Fingertips
    Before the showcase, you’ll get a complete digital catalogue with images, pricing, and specs for every guitar, along with an e-commerce–ready spreadsheet. You can load these straight into your webstore to start generating interest — and even sales — ahead of time.
